FractiFly is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 may not create an account or use the platform.
User-Generated Content
FractiFly and its creator host user-generated content, including aircraft information, flight logs, expenses, and bookings. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of this content. FractiFly and its creator do not verify, audit, or claim ownership of user-provided content but may store it as necessary for platform functionality.
No Professional Advice
FractiFly does not provide aviation, flight safety, maintenance, legal, or accounting advice. FractiFly is not approved or endorsed by any aviation authority. All decisions based on the platform are entirely at your own risk.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
Data may be inaccurate, delayed, duplicated, or outdated and must not be relied upon for operational, safety-critical, legal, or financial decisions.
FractiFly and its creator do not verify, validate, audit, or authenticate user-provided information or identity.

No uptime, availability, or performance guarantees. Platform may change, degrade, or shut down without notice. Users must maintain independent records. Users must not rely on FractiFly as a continuously available service.
Data Security
Users are responsible for account security, credentials, and devices. FractiFly and its creator are not responsible for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials, third-party breaches, or negligence.
Suspected breaches must be reported immediately to support@fractifly.com
Third-Party Services
FractiFly relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email, and analytics. FractiFly and its creator are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of these services.
Abuse / Reverse Engineering
Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or misuse the platform or its infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
FractiFly name, logo, and branding are owned by the creator. Users retain ownership of their submitted data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the creator's country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
